Colors

Allows you to modify the colors of the Sally environment and manage rules for highlighting files and directories in the panels.

Dialog Box Options

Scheme

Lists the available color schemes you can choose for the Sally environment. The Custom scheme is available for user-defined colors.

Item

Lists the available color items you can change. Use buttons on the right for choosing another color.

Additional Rules for Highlighting of Files and Directories in the Panels

Lists all the highlighting rules you have defined. You can specify multiple masks separated by semicolons (;). Masks are processed from top to bottom.

When name agrees to mask, check attributes

Specifies the conditions under which a file or directory is colored. Use the buttons on the right to choose the item's color in the panel. See File and Directory Attributes for meaning of individual check boxes.

The rule selected in the list applies only to names that match its mask and whose attributes agree with these check boxes: Archive, Read-only, Hidden, System, Compressed, Encrypted and Directory (the last one distinguishes directories from files). Each check box has three states:

The attribute must be set.

The attribute must not be set.

The attribute does not matter (the third state).

The check boxes are disabled when no rule is selected.
